DevQuery is operated by Fuzhou Tingchuan Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, mobile applications, games, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to DevQuery websites, mobile games, applications, online services, support services, and related features that link to this policy. It may also apply to future DevQuery products, including but not limited to casual games, collection games, idle games, and developer tools.

- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, and technical identifiers used for app operation.
- Game or app data: game progress, inventory, virtual items, in-game currency balances, achievements, settings, rankings, and similar gameplay data.
- Purchase information: records of in-app purchase entitlements, order status, subscription status, and purchase validation results. Payments are processed by Apple or other applicable platform providers.
- Advertising-related information: advertising identifiers, ad impression events, rewarded ad completion status, and related analytics, where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
- Analytics and diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, feature usage, error reports, and aggregated analytics.
- Support information: email address, device information, screenshots, logs, and other details you provide when contacting us.
- Account information: if a product supports Sign in with Apple or another login method, we may collect a platform-provided user identifier and related authentication information necessary to provide account features.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, precise financial account information, biometric data, health information, or information about race, religion, political opinions, or sexual orientation through our games or applications.
4. How We Use Information

- To provide, operate, and maintain our applications, games, and services.
- To save progress, restore purchases, deliver virtual items, and manage user entitlements.

5. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or the applicable platform provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information necessary to unlock content, virtual goods, subscriptions, or other paid features.
6. Advertising
Some of our products may display advertisements, including rewarded video advertisements. We may use third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob or other ad mediation providers. These providers may collect or receive device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction information, subject to your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
On iOS, access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If permission is not granted, advertising may still be shown using non-personalized or contextual methods where available.

We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how our products are used, identify technical issues, and improve stability. Analytics data is generally used in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

- Apple services, including App Store, In-App Purchase, Game Center, and Sign in with Apple where applicable.

Game progress and account-related data may be retained while your account or device-based profile remains active.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
